Robert joined Hollyport in 2026 as Chief Technology Officer, based in London.
As Chief Technology Officer, Robert leads Hollyport’s technology strategy, overseeing the firm’s systems, data infrastructure and security. He ensures technology supports scalable growth, strong governance and effective decision-making across the firm, while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of core processes.
Prior to Hollyport, Robert worked at Eight Roads Ventures where he was the Chief Information Officer and has previously worked at SoftBank, Amelco, Betfair, BH-DG Systematic Trading, GSMA, Broadridge, Silversands, AT&T and IBM.
Outside of work, Robert has a keen interest in carpentry and enjoys home renovation projects to practice his carpentry skills.
Jacob joined Hollyport in 2026 as a Senior Associate in the Portfolio, Data & Analytics team, based in London.
In this role, Jacob plays a key role in monitoring and reporting on Hollyport’s investment portfolio, as well as contributing to in-depth analytical insights. He ensures the team deliver a deep understanding of the portfolio and identifies actionable insights to enhance Hollyport’s investment strategy.
Prior to Hollyport, Jacob worked at Pantheon, Nasdaq and Fairvue. Jacob holds a BA in Economics, Politics and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University.
Outside of work, Jacob is a huge food advocate and enjoys playing golf and watching Arsenal.
Manisha joined Hollyport in 2025 as a Senior Fund Accountant in the Finance team, based in London.
As a Senior Fund Accountant, Manisha is responsible for overseeing the correct accounting, performance and reporting of the funds, as well as liaising with the fund administrators, auditors and investors to ensure a correct and transparent assessment of the financial situation of the funds.
Prior to Hollyport, Manisha worked at J. Safra Sarasin Asset Management as a Fund Financial and Operational Officer. She holds a BA in Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University and is CIMA qualified.
Outside of work, Manisha is a mum of two girls, and they love exploring London together and spending time with family and friends.
Tong joined Hollyport in 2025 as a Senior Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team, based in London.
In his role, Tong will ensure the PD&A team meets all deliverables in understanding the portfolio in depth and find actionable insights to better Hollyport’s investment strategy. Tong will combine data engineering with oversight of the PD&A team’s deliverables, to help deliver firm-wide initiatives and drive improvements.
Previously, Tong worked at RoundShield Partners as a Data Engineer. Prior to this he worked at 33 Floors, HireHarbour, Somika and Facebook. Tong holds a BSc in Business Administration from Babson College, and an MSc in Data Science from the University of Manchester.
Outside of work, Tong enjoys spending time with his dog Chewbacca.
Varun joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Associate II in the Portfolio Data & Analytics team based in London. In his role, Varun will focus on analysing both our internal dataset and external data, to find insights and trends that can be used for both data-driven decision making and marketing.
Before joining Hollyport, Varun previously worked on data science and analytics projects within a consultancy called QuantSpark, supporting Global Public Equities Asset Managers and several Private Equity portfolio companies. This experience developed his ability to apply data-driven insights to investment decisions and value creation.
He holds a BSc in Data Science for the University of Surrey and has completed Level I of the CFA Program and plans to pursue Level II soon.
Outside of work, Varun enjoys sports, working on his fitness and learning about new topics.
Sherry joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team, based in London.
In this role, Sherry will support the team in ensuring ongoing valuations are collected accurately, reported accordingly and help drive improvements in Hollyport’s understanding of our portfolios.
Before joining Hollyport, Sherry worked at bfinance as a Research Analyst and holds a BSc in Economics from UCL and an MSc in Responsible Finance and Alternative Assets from UCL.
In her spare time, Sherry likes to travel, when possible, to explore other landscapes. Locally, she enjoys exhibitions and finding the best coffee shops. Sherry speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
Harvey joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team, based in London.

Previously, Harvey worked at Emperor Design Consultants Limited as a Senior Finance Assistant, and he holds a BSc from the University of Surrey in Economics and Finance.
Outside of work, Harvey enjoys playing football, and going to the Emirates to watch Arsenal play.
Chloe joined Hollyport in 2025 as a People Advisor in London. Chloe will maintain HR systems, contribute to updating policies and employee handbooks, and play a part in ensuring our practices remain fair, compliant, and aligned with company values.
Before joining Hollyport, Chloe worked for two years at Slaughter and May in the HR department.
Chloe studied Liberal Arts at University of Exeter with a study abroad year in Barcelona at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and can speak conversational Spanish. She is currently doing her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
Outside of work, she loves skiing, playing tennis and running.
Conor joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team, based in London. Conor’s particular focus within the Portfolio, Data & Analytics team is on analysis. This role will focus on analysing both our internal dataset and external data, in order to find insights and trends that can be used for both data-driven decision making and marketing.
Before joining Hollyport, Conor worked as an analyst on the Multi-Asset desk at Russell Investments. He holds an undergraduate degree in Financial Mathematics and Actuarial Science, as well as a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, and is currently pursuing the CFA designation.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys reading, playing and watching sports, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Ksenia joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team, based in London. Ksenia will be working within the data subdivision of the Portfolio, Data & Analytics team where she will help with data pipelines, visualisations and data governance. She will be heavily involved in the delivery of ATLAS and the creation of dashboards, as well as assisting with process automation.
Ksenia has a degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics from Bryansk State University in Russia and over three years’ experience as a Data Analyst in the logistics sector. Her expertise lies in transforming complex datasets into clear insights that support better decisions.
Outside of work, Ksenia loves travelling and going for long walks with her family. Most recently, she has started a new creative journey as a weekend student at art school, learning how to paint.
