Annabel joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Investment Associate, based in London. Her role involves evaluating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence and pricing analysis on potential transactions alongside the investment team.
Before joining Hollyport, Annabel worked with the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Bank of America and was involved in M&A and capital markets advisory to corporate and private equity clients across the healthcare sector.
Annabel graduated from Duke University (USA) with a degree in Political Science.
Johanne joined the Compliance team as an Associate in 2025 and plays a key role in supporting the firm’s compliance function by managing day-to-day operational tasks.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and spent a semester abroad studying at the Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. As a student, Johanne completed a Consulting Internship at EY and volunteered her time at a free legal clinic.
After relocating to London in 2024, Johanne started her career in Compliance at one of the UK’s largest trading brokerages, where she gained experience working within a highly regulated space.
Aman joined Hollyport in June 2025 as Asset Management Director, based in the London Office.
As Asset Management Director, Aman is responsible for driving value creation across GP-led investments. His role encompasses evaluating GP quality, fostering strategic relationships, and collaborating closely with the Investment and PD&A teams to monitor and enhance portfolio performance. Aman’s role entails proactively managing risk, aligning key stakeholders, and implementing strategies to optimise returns by designing and executing harvesting plans, challenging performance metrics, and establishing best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality engagement with both GPs and portfolio companies.
Aman brings a broad and deep skill set to the role, with a background spanning actuarial science, investment banking, and private equity. He began his career as an actuary in pension consulting and insurance, followed by post-MBA experience in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York. Most recently, Aman was part of the Direct Private Equity team at CPP Investments, working across its Toronto and London offices. He has led and managed complex private equity transactions across North America and Europe, with a focus on long-term value creation.
Aman holds both a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and an MBA (Dean’s List) from the University of Toronto.
Megan joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Office Assistant. She is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the London office and being front of house to welcome guests. She also assists with event planning and administrative tasks.
Megan studied Equine Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at the University of Greenwich. Prior to joining Hollyport, she was an Assistant Operations Manager for an UHNW private family office.
As Head of Legal, Holly will build and shape the legal function at Hollyport, supporting deal structuring, execution, and fund structuring, execution, and corporate governance. Holly manages legal risk, oversees external counsel, and works closely with internal teams to drive the firm’s strategic objectives.
Holly holds a BA (Hons) History degree from the University of Warwick and a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course from BPP University in London. Admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales since September 2018, Holly trained and worked in a leading Private Investment Funds department of a US law firm in London before moving in-house to a large multi-strategy asset manager. Her experience includes advising on structuring, fundraising, and lifecycle events for various fund products, including bespoke transactions such as GP-led restructurings and co-investments.
Simon joined Hollyport in 2024 as a Fund Accountant in the London office.
Before joining Hollyport Simon was a Junior Fund Accountant at Belasko UK Ltd with a focus on leading reporting across fund structures, specialising in capital calls and distributions.
Simon holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Winchester. He is currently training to be a chartered accountant (CIMA).
Sofia joined Hollyport in 2024 and works as a data engineer in the Data & Technology Team in London. She is hands-on in building the firm’s data infrastructure, analytical tools and AI applications. With a strong background in data manipulation tools such as Python, SQL, and PowerBI, Sofia is focused on automating processes to enhance efficiency and improve data quality for more insightful analysis.
Sofia holds an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and a master’s degree in Cancer and Molecular Biology. This academic foundation brings a unique, analytical perspective to her role.
Elaine joined Hollyport as a Senior Fund Accountant in September 2024, based in the London office. Her role involves treasury, fund operations and structuring, and fund reporting.
Prior to working at Hollyport, Elaine was a Financial Controller at Equitix Infrastructure Investments, mainly focusing on financial reporting for infrastructure funds.
Elaine studied Accountancy and Management Information Systems at City University of Hong Kong and graduated with First Class Honors. She is a CPA under HKICPA and ACA under ICAEW.
Chris joined Hollyport as Finance Director in September 2024, based in the London Office. He is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the Hollyport Funds, focussing on reporting, financial and cash management, and compliance at the fund-level.
Prior to working at Hollyport, Chris spent over 6 years at ICG and was most recently the Head of Finance and Operations for the LP Secondaries strategy; and over 10 years at PwC, where he was a Senior Manager servicing alternative asset management clients in both London and New York.
Chris holds an FCA with the ICAEW and graduated from Warwick Business School with an MSc in Economics and Finance.
Emily joined Hollyport in 2024 as a Fund Accountant in the London office. Prior to Hollyport, she was at Haysmacintyre LLP as a graduate trainee auditor where she managed audits for a diverse client base across financial services, NFPs and charities. This role entailed leading audit engagements, conducting comprehensive financial analyses to identify discrepancies, ensuring compliance and cultivating strong client relationships.
Emily holds a first-class Bachelor of Science with honours – Professional Accounting in Business. She is currently training to be a chartered accountant (ACA).
