Tatiana Stratton

Tatiana joined Hollyport in 2023, and is an Associate in the investor relations team in London.

Tatiana supports the IR team in delivering a high level of customer service and relationship management to existing and prospective investors. She focusses on liaising with investors, fund administrators and prospective investors to support them with queries and provide information about Hollyport. This includes updating marketing materials and joining meetings, supporting the senior IR team members.

Prior to joining Hollyport, Tatiana was a consultant at Greenbrook, a strategic communications advisory firm serving the alternative investment industry. Specifically, she advised clients on matters including narrative development, fundraising, M&A and crisis communications. Prior to this, she was an intern at a mid-market private equity firm, working with both the investment and investor relations teams – this sparked her initial interest in the industry.

Tatiana has a Masters in Psychology from the University of Bath, with a specific interest in neuropsychology having completed her final dissertation on brain ageing and its reversibility.

Christen Schuler

Christen joined the Hollyport London office as a compliance officer in October 2022. She manages Hollyport’s compliance with UK and US regulations, educating employees on regulatory requirements and their individual responsibilities.

Christen started her career in financial markets in the U.S. She gained a BSc in Human Resource Management and then focused on business law and compliance in financial institutions. She gained her bar admissions from Illinois State Bar

In her spare time, Christen enjoys spending time with her dog and exploring the UK. She can also be found fixing up her old Victorian home in East London.

Aner Chen

Aner joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in London. Her role involves evaluating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence and pricing analysis on potential transactions alongside the investment team. Since joining Hollyport, Aner has focussed on her deal origination skills and building a strong network within the private equity industry.

Aner became ACA qualified during a three year training programme at KPMG, where she worked in the transaction services team gaining exposure to various transactions, specifically within the FIG sector.

Aner gained a BSs in Economics in China, with a Major in Finance. She then completed a Masters in Finance and Accounting at Imperial College. She speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.

When she’s not in the office, Aner can usually be found in the yoga studio or practising Pilates.

Lina Bentley

Lina joined our team in October 2022 as a Head of People to develop and lead Hollyport’s People Strategy. Her focus is on nurturing an environment where our people can grow and feel empowered to achieve our company’s mission and to create a culture that attracts and inspires the most passionate and expert talent. Lina will collaborate with our people to transform our culture into a more diverse, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Before joining Hollyport Lina worked in the mining Industry for over 12 years, supporting a diverse international workforce, partnering with senior executives to create an ethical and diverse organisation and delivering long-term strong and sustainable commercial performance. Lina holds a Master of Science in International Business from Birkbeck University of London and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Lina lives in South West London with her family and her well-trained toy poodle, imaginatively named Teddy. An avid yoga practitioner, Lina has now embraced a new fitness journey as a dedicated cross-fitter and regularly engages in early morning sessions.

Suzi White

Suzi joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in London. Her main focus is evaluating, analysing, and modelling potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies to support the investment team’s due diligence process for prospective investment opportunities. At Hollyport, Suzi has refined her financial modelling and networking skills. She’s now developing a greater understanding of a broad range of markets and sectors to further her valuation approach.

Before joining Hollyport, Suzi was a Senior Associate in PwC’s London audit department where she obtained her ACA qualification.

Suzi graduated from the University of Durham with a BA in History. Suzi has also worked at the British Embassy in China, and start-ups in London and Indonesia.

Laura Westgate

Laura joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in London. In her role she introduces new opportunities, performs due diligence, and analyses potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies alongside the investment team. Since joining Hollyport Laura has focussed on her financial modelling skills and knowledge of different markets and sectors, as well as expanding her industry network.

Before joining Hollyport, Laura worked at PwC where she completed the training and exams to obtain her ACA qualification.

Laura graduated from the University of Exeter with a First Class BSc in Mathematics. Outside of work, Laura likes to cook and try out new restaurants with friends and family.

Mads Nielsen

Mads joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Investment Associate in the London office. Within his role he performs investment analysis and modelling for potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies, supporting the investment team’s due diligence process for new investment opportunities. This includes valuing businesses, reviewing private equity fund financial statements and performing due diligence on private equity managers.

Since joining Hollyport Mads has deepened his knowledge of various strategies and sectors, and is focussing on building relationships with other participants in the private equity market.

Mads has an MSc in Investment Management and a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School. Mads is also fully AMCT-qualified and won the ACT Student of the Year award in 2019. He speaks fluent Danish and Swedish.

In his free time, Mads enjoys travelling and playing badminton and football.

Josh Twin

Josh joined Hollyport in 2021 as a fund accountant in the finance team, before joining the PD&A team as an associate in 2024. Josh’s particular focus within the PD&A team is on the portfolio. This role focuses on monitoring the performance of Hollyport’s funds through reviewing financials, cash flows and capital account statements, as well as supporting internal analysis and facilitating fund management.

Josh studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Surrey and is an ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant.

Outside of work, Josh is passionate about music and regularly attends concerts with friends. He also enjoys going to the gym, running, and scuba diving.

Harry Love

Harry joined Hollyport in 2021 as an Associate in the London investment team. Within his role, Harry introduces new opportunities, performs due diligence, and analyses potential acquisitions of investment opportunities alongside the investment team. Since joining Hollyport Harry has focussed on his financial modelling skills and is expanding his knowledge of different industries, markets, and sectors.

Prior to joining Hollyport, Harry spent three years at PwC where he gained his ACA qualification.

Harry has a First Class BSc in Physics from the University of Exeter and a First Class MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London. Outside of work, Harry loves being outdoors. He’s a qualified rescue diver and keen rock climber.

Alistair Young

Alistair joined Hollyport in 2021 as an Investment Associate in the London office, and focusses on appraising potential investment opportunities. This includes financial modelling and due diligence of private equity funds and fund managers to formulate the investment thesis, as well as supporting with the transfer process and legals for successful transactions. Alistair also works to source potential opportunities through outreach to market participants.

Alistair started his career at PwC in the banking and capital markets assurance practice, before transferring to the transaction services team. Alistair performed detailed valuations across a variety of buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a special focus on the banking sector.

Alistair graduated with a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath, which included a semester at City University, Hong Kong, and is ACA qualified. Outside of work, Alistair enjoys playing football and squash.
