Madeleine joined Hollyport in 2026 as a Fund Accountant, based in the London office.
In her role, Madeleine will support the Finance Team maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the Hollyport funds, focusing on the oversight and review of the accounting activities performed by the third-party administrator, as well as the delivery of timely and accurate reporting to investors and internal stakeholders.
Previously, Madeleine worked at Langham Hall where she worked as a Trainee Accountant. She holds a Master of Arts in History from University of Edinburgh and is currently pursuing her ACCA qualification.
Alexander joined Hollyport in 2026 as Tax Manager, with responsibility for tax reporting across Hollyport’s funds and entities.
His role includes supporting fund and transaction structuring, advising deal teams throughout the investment lifecycle and coordinating external tax advisers and administrators. He works closely with the investment, finance, investor relations and legal teams to turn complex tax considerations into practical commercial outcomes and manage tax risk across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Hollyport, Alexander spent five years in Deloitte’s US Tax team in London, where he built expertise in US tax reporting, cross-border tax matters and advising private equity and real estate fund clients. He is an IRS Enrolled Agent and holds a postgraduate degree in Business and Finance from Warwick Business School.
Aniela joined Hollyport in 2026 as Senior EA & Operations Assistant.
She supports all aspects of the business, with a particular focus on providing operational support to the Investment Team, coordinating Partners’ travel and meeting schedules, and planning external events.
Prior to joining Hollyport, Aniela spent eight years working as an Executive Assistant in private equity. Her most recent experience in a temporary role has developed her ability to adapt quickly to new environments and anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
Aniela has a BA in Textile Design from Central Saint Martin’s College of Art & Design, specialising in screen print.
Lucy joined Hollyport in 2026 as Senior Legal Counsel.
She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Exeter, which included a year of international study at Carleton University inCanada. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2017, Lucy brings more than a decade of experience advising on complex private capital transactions. Prior to joining Hollyport, she held senior roles at leading Magic Circle and US law firms in London and Australia.
Lucy is a keen traveller and brings a distinctly international perspective, shaped by her studies and professional experience across multiple jurisdictions. She values the relationships and broader perspectives gained through living and working internationally, which inform both her work and personal outlook.
Matilda joined Hollyport in 2026 as an Analyst in the Portfolio team.
Matilda is an Mathematics undergraduate student at the University of Bath and is completing her placement year at Hollyport. Her role focuses on overseeing the performance of Hollyport’s funds through the review and processing of calls, distributions, financials and capital account statements. In addition, he works closely with teams across the firm to contribute to internal reporting and analysis.
During her time at Hollyport, she is keen to deepen her understanding of market dynamics, the role of the secondaries market and the value it offers to investors, while further enhancing her data management skills.
Freddie joined Hollyport in 2026 as an analyst in the Portfolio team.
Freddie is an Economics undergraduate student at the University of Bath and is completing his placement year at Hollyport. His role focuses on overseeing the performance of Hollyport’s funds through the review and processing of calls, distributions, financials and capital account statements. In addition, he works closely with teams across the firm to contribute to internal reporting and analysis.
He is keen to further develop his Excel capabilities, strengthen cross-team communication skills and deepen his understanding of private market dynamics.
Robert joined Hollyport in 2026 as Chief Technology Officer, based in London.
As Chief Technology Officer, Robert leads Hollyport’s technology strategy, overseeing the firm’s systems, data infrastructure and security. He ensures technology supports scalable growth, strong governance and effective decision-making across the firm, while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of core processes.
Prior to Hollyport, Rob held leadership roles at Eight Roads Ventures and SoftBank Vision Fund. He has built global technology platforms and teams across Europe, the US and Asia, delivering cloud-first infrastructure, high-performing teams and data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, enhance investment decision-making and provide greater visibility across pipeline and portfolio.
Jacob joined Hollyport in 2026 as a Senior Associate in the Portfolio, Data & Analytics team, based in London.
In this role, Jacob plays a key role in monitoring and reporting on Hollyport’s investment portfolio, as well as contributing to in-depth analytical insights. He ensures the team deliver a deep understanding of the portfolio and identifies actionable insights to enhance Hollyport’s investment strategy.
Prior to Hollyport, Jacob worked at Pantheon, Nasdaq and Fairvue. Jacob holds a BA in Economics, Politics and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University.
Manisha joined Hollyport in 2025 as a Senior Fund Accountant in the Finance team, based in London.
As a Senior Fund Accountant, Manisha is responsible for overseeing the correct accounting, performance and reporting of the funds, as well as liaising with the fund administrators, auditors and investors to ensure a correct and transparent assessment of the financial situation of the funds.
Prior to Hollyport, Manisha worked at J. Safra Sarasin Asset Management as a Fund Financial and Operational Officer. She holds a BA in Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University and is CIMA qualified.
Tong joined Hollyport in 2025 and leads the firm’s Data & AI function in London.
He is responsible for Hollyport’s data strategy, infrastructure and applied AI capabilities, managing a team of data specialists while remaining hands-on in the delivery of data platforms, analytical tools and AI applications across the firm.
Previously, Tong held data engineering and data science roles at HSAM Europe and 33Floors, developing data and analytics solutions for organisations across private markets and financial services.
Tong holds a BSc in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics, from Babson College, and an MSc in Data Science from the University of Manchester. He regularly speaks at international conferences on AI and data science in private markets and is a technical reviewer of postgraduate technology and data science textbooks.
