Jacob Willis

Jacob joined Hollyport in 2026 as a Senior Associate in the Portfolio, Data & Analytics team, based in London.

In this role, Jacob plays a key role in monitoring and reporting on Hollyport’s investment portfolio, as well as contributing to in-depth analytical insights. He ensures the team deliver a deep understanding of the portfolio and identifies actionable insights to enhance Hollyport’s investment strategy.

Prior to Hollyport, Jacob worked at Pantheon, Nasdaq and Fairvue. Jacob holds a BA in Economics, Politics and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University.

Outside of work, Jacob is a huge food advocate and enjoys playing golf and watching Arsenal.

Tong Zhi

Tong joined Hollyport in 2025 as a Senior Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team, based in London.

In his role, Tong will ensure the PD&A team meets all deliverables in understanding the portfolio in depth and find actionable insights to better Hollyport’s investment strategy. Tong will combine data engineering with oversight of the PD&A team’s deliverables, to help deliver firm-wide initiatives and drive improvements.

Previously, Tong worked at RoundShield Partners as a Data Engineer. Prior to this he worked at 33 Floors, HireHarbour, Somika and Facebook. Tong holds a BSc in Business Administration from Babson College, and an MSc in Data Science from the University of Manchester.

Outside of work, Tong enjoys spending time with his dog Chewbacca.

Tatiana Stratton

Tatiana joined Hollyport in 2023, and is an Associate in the investor relations team in London.

Tatiana supports the IR team in delivering a high level of customer service and relationship management to existing and prospective investors. She focusses on liaising with investors, fund administrators and prospective investors to support them with queries and provide information about Hollyport. This includes updating marketing materials and joining meetings, supporting the senior IR team members.

Prior to joining Hollyport, Tatiana was a consultant at Greenbrook, a strategic communications advisory firm serving the alternative investment industry. Specifically, she advised clients on matters including narrative development, fundraising, M&A and crisis communications. Prior to this, she was an intern at a mid-market private equity firm, working with both the investment and investor relations teams – this sparked her initial interest in the industry.

Tatiana has a Masters in Psychology from the University of Bath, with a specific interest in neuropsychology having completed her final dissertation on brain ageing and its reversibility.

Kevin Land

Kevin joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in New York. His role is to introduce, analyse, and model potential acquisitions of private equity funds or portfolio companies alongside the investment team. This involves valuing businesses, reviewing private equity fund financial statements and performing due diligence on private equity managers.

Prior to joining Hollyport, Kevin worked as a senior associate at Alvarez and Marsal in the alternative investments department with a focus on portfolio valuation. He was primarily involved in the valuation of Level 3 assets, such as distressed debt and private equity investments.

Kevin gained a Major in Finance at Boston College, Carroll School of Management. In his free time, Kevin enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes. He also loves to be outside playing basketball and golf, and watching the Sacramento Kings.

Ali Stier

Ali joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in New York. Within her role, Ali works with the investment team to introduce new opportunities, perform due diligence, and analyse potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies.

During Ali’s first year at Hollyport she spent six weeks working in the London office and enjoyed her time exploring the city. Since joining the firm she has deepened her analysis skills across different industries and continues to develop her expertise in fund modelling.

Ali studied at Cornell University where she gained a BSc in Human Development, with a Minor in both Health Policy and Business.

Outside of work Ali enjoys listening to music, trying out new restaurants and discovering new activities in New York City.

Suzi White

Suzi joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Associate in the investment team in London. Her main focus is evaluating, analysing, and modelling potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies to support the investment team’s due diligence process for prospective investment opportunities. At Hollyport, Suzi has refined her financial modelling and networking skills. She’s now developing a greater understanding of a broad range of markets and sectors to further her valuation approach.

Before joining Hollyport, Suzi was a Senior Associate in PwC’s London audit department where she obtained her ACA qualification.

Suzi graduated from the University of Durham with a BA in History. Suzi has also worked at the British Embassy in China, and start-ups in London and Indonesia.

Mads Nielsen

Mads joined Hollyport in 2022 as an Investment Associate in the London office. Within his role he performs investment analysis and modelling for potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies, supporting the investment team’s due diligence process for new investment opportunities. This includes valuing businesses, reviewing private equity fund financial statements and performing due diligence on private equity managers.

Since joining Hollyport Mads has deepened his knowledge of various strategies and sectors, and is focussing on building relationships with other participants in the private equity market.

Mads has an MSc in Investment Management and a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School. Mads is also fully AMCT-qualified and won the ACT Student of the Year award in 2019. He speaks fluent Danish and Swedish.

In his free time, Mads enjoys travelling and playing badminton and football.

Alistair Young

Alistair joined Hollyport in 2021 as an Investment Associate in the London office, and focusses on appraising potential investment opportunities. This includes financial modelling and due diligence of private equity funds and fund managers to formulate the investment thesis, as well as supporting with the transfer process and legals for successful transactions. Alistair also works to source potential opportunities through outreach to market participants.

Alistair started his career at PwC in the banking and capital markets assurance practice, before transferring to the transaction services team. Alistair performed detailed valuations across a variety of buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a special focus on the banking sector.

Alistair graduated with a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath, which included a semester at City University, Hong Kong, and is ACA qualified. Outside of work, Alistair enjoys playing football and squash.

Aashay Srivastava

Aashay joined Hollyport in 2021 as an Associate in the investment team, based in the London office. His role focusses on developing, modelling, and formulating the investment thesis for potential transactions, and supporting with the legals and transfer processes for successful deals. He reaches out to fund managers and potential vendors to source business and build relationships.

Aashay is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First Class BSc in Economics. He speaks fluent Spanish and Hindi, and is conversant in French.

Aashay was born in India but spent most of his childhood in Spain. This multi-cultural background has helped him develop strong people skills – alongside a passion for football and cricket!

Outside of the office, Aashay enjoys being on the golf course and is working to improve his technique.

Dani Shayne

Dani joined Hollyport in 2021 as an Associate in the New York investment team. His role covers all aspects of the investment appraisal process; valuing businesses, modelling financials and performing due diligence on private equity managers to form the investment thesis. Since joining Hollyport Dani has deepened his knowledge of the secondaries industry, regularly reaching out to vendors, PE managers and intermediaries. He is now developing his knowledge of macroeconomics.

Before joining Hollyport, Dani was a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps in the alternative asset advisory department. His role included the valuation of illiquid securities for hedge funds, private equity funds, and business development corporations.

Dani has a BSc in Finance and is a Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA), and also speaks Hebrew. Outside of the office, Dani supports the Mets, Jets, and Nets; and enjoys scrolling FinTwit.
