James joined Hollyport in 2019 as an Associate in the investment team in London. His role includes developing, modelling, and formulating the investment thesis for potential transactions, and supporting with the legals and transfer processes for successful deals. He reaches out to fund managers and potential vendors to source business and build relationships.
Prior to joining Hollyport, James started his career in the audit and assurance department at Ernst & Young where he obtained his Chartered Accountant qualification. He has a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Warwick and a Master of Finance from University of Cambridge.
