Billy Bott
Vice Principal, New York
Billy joined Hollyport in 2020 as an Investment Associate in the New York office. His role focusses on the appraisal of potential acquisitions of private equity funds and portfolio companies; modelling funds and formulating the investment thesis, and supporting the legal and transfer process once a deal is signed. Billy regularly speaks with fund managers and potential vendors to monitor fund performance and source business.
Billy previously worked as a Senior Associate in transaction advisory services, where he provided both sell-side and buy-side financial due diligence for middle market transactions for private equity clients.
Billy graduated from St John’s University with a BSc and a Masters degree in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
