Conor joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team, based in London. Conor’s particular focus within the Portfolio, Data & Analytics team is on analysis. This role will focus on analysing both our internal dataset and external data, in order to find insights and trends that can be used for both data-driven decision making and marketing.
Before joining Hollyport, Conor worked as an analyst on the Multi-Asset desk at Russell Investments. He holds an undergraduate degree in Financial Mathematics and Actuarial Science, as well as a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, and is currently pursuing the CFA designation.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys reading, playing and watching sports, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Ksenia joined Hollyport in 2025 as an Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team, based in London. Ksenia will be working within the data subdivision of the Portfolio, Data & Analytics team where she will help with data pipelines, visualisations and data governance. She will be heavily involved in the delivery of ATLAS and the creation of dashboards, as well as assisting with process automation.
Ksenia has a degree in Informatics and Applied Mathematics from Bryansk State University in Russia and over three years’ experience as a Data Analyst in the logistics sector. Her expertise lies in transforming complex datasets into clear insights that support better decisions.
Outside of work, Ksenia loves travelling and going for long walks with her family. Most recently, she has started a new creative journey as a weekend student at art school, learning how to paint.
Thomas joined Hollyport in 2025 as an analyst in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team.
Thomas is an Economics undergraduate student at the University of Bath and is completing his placement year at Hollyport. His role focuses on overseeing the performance of Hollyport’s funds through the review and processing of calls, distributions, financials and capital account statements. In addition, he works closely with teams across the firm to contribute to internal reporting and analysis.
Thomas is interested in how data and analysis support portfolio decisions and he is looking forward to applying his analytical skills to produce insights, whilst also building up his knowledge of the Secondaries market.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys reading, going to the gym and playing the oboe. He also likes to travel and has recently started learning Spanish.
Finlay joined Hollyport in 2025 as an analyst in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team.
He is an Economics undergraduate at the University of Bath, currently completing his placement year with the firm. His responsibilities include monitoring Hollyport’s funds by processing financial and capital account statements, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date fund data. Finlay also works closely with various teams across the business, supporting internal reporting and contributing to analytical processes.
In his spare time, Finlay enjoys playing rugby and getting out on the golf course
Sofia joined the Portfolio Data and Analytics team in 2024 as a Data Consultant. With a strong background in data manipulation tools such as Python, SQL, and PowerBI, Sofia is focused on automating processes to enhance efficiency and improve data quality for more insightful analysis. Her work helps streamline operations, making portfolio management more effective.
Sofia holds an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and a master’s degree in Cancer and Molecular Biology. This academic foundation brings a unique, analytical perspective to her role in data consulting.
Outside of work, Sofia is passionate about fitness and regularly spends time at the gym. She also enjoys painting spiritual art, exploring new restaurants, and has a deep love for music.
Josh joined Hollyport in 2021 as a fund accountant in the finance team, before joining the PD&A team as an associate in 2024. Josh’s particular focus within the PD&A team is on the portfolio. This role focuses on monitoring the performance of Hollyport’s funds through reviewing financials, cash flows and capital account statements, as well as supporting internal analysis and facilitating fund management.
Josh studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Surrey and is an ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant.
Outside of work, Josh is passionate about music and regularly attends concerts with friends. He also enjoys going to the gym, running, and scuba diving.
Scott is a Vice Principal in our London office and heads up the Portfolio, Data & Analytics team. He joined Hollyport in 2018 as a Fund Accountant before carving out a niche for himself in analysis – eventually creating and building the Portfolio, Data & Analytics function at Hollyport. Scott and his team are focused on portfolio level data; the systems that obtain and store this data, and leveraging both internal and external data to provide insights to the wider company.
Scott has a Masters in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews, which included a placement year developing hydrogen fuel cell technology in Norway, following which he taught mathematics for two years prior to joining Hollyport. During his time at Hollyport, Scott has successfully studied for his ACCA qualification as well as a Bachelors in Applied Accounting.
Outside of the office, Scott is a grade 8 pianist and enjoys the outdoors and fishkeeping. His interests also include railways, cars, and anything old, mechanical, and oily.
